Gadgetmobile (Inspector Gadget 3 Returns)

Taking place four years later, Gadgetmobile has undergone a paint job and is now blue and yellow with three silver capital Gs, one on his hood and two on the doors. In his dashboard's vending machine, Happy Meal, Burger King, and Subway replaced liver, beef, and chicken with Mickey Mouse bobblehead on the top and four gadget buttons; Disney logo, thruster fins, horn, and mechanical arms resembling a mute, translate, question mark logo, and heart. Six fast food sections; KFC, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and T.G.I. Friday's replaced dog food logos, jumbo burger, Gadget deluxe sandwich, and H2O. Gadgetmobile's face is also blue and yellow replacing his former white from the previous films.

Aside from D.L. Hughley as the voice of the Gadgetmobile, the main characters were recast: French Stewart replaced Matthew Broderick as Inspector Gadget, Caitlin Wachs replaced the late Michelle Trachtenberg as Penny, Tony Martin took Rupert Everett's place as Dr. Claw, Mark Mitchell took the late Dabney Coleman's role as Chief Quimby, Mark Mitchell took the late Dabney Coleman's role as Chief Quimby, and Sigrid Thornton took over Cheri Oteri's role as Mayor Wilson.

Reuben Fassaden (Philip Dunn)

Reuben Fassaden is a German-American film actor, rapper, and singer. He portrayed Philip Dunn in the Donard School franchise films. Fassaden is of Turkish and Chilean ancestry. Reuben Fassaden's voice is similar to those of Kevin McKidd, Mark Harmon, John Lasseter, Pete Docter, Aaron Ashmore, Justin Hartley, Westlife singer Brian McFadden, Mark Addy, Peter Jessop, Rodger Bumpass, Ronan Summers, Kevin James, Ronan Keating, Bobby Womack, and Danny McBride. His character looks almost identical to Shawn Ashmore, Paul Walker, Josh Duhamel, Karl Urban, Diego Luna, David Beckham, Casey Affleck, Jon Bernthal, and Mark Wahlberg.
