Billy was originally a character in a series I created, but he has been mostly discarded as the series is being rebooted for reasons I don't agree with. This skin represents the new, revamped version of Billy Colter.

Pocket Edition (PE):
  1. Open the game app and press the “dressing room” button on the main menu screen.
