The Phoenix City Minecraft Skin

Due to the decline of my pmc, I had to resort to using the skindex editor to create this skin. It took me 20 minutes to find the right colors, but I was enjoying the process of creating this shaded skin out of boredom.

How to use Minecraft The Phoenix City skin ?
